A.A. Zaharov, FSBI NIIR, deputy general director for science, associate professor, Ph.D.;
a.zaharov@niir.ru

K.N. Leonov, FSBI NIIR, lead engineer of the IoTRC, Ph.D.; leonovkn@niir.ru

A.M. Puzanov , FSBI NIIR, deputy director of the IoTRC, associate professor, Ph.D. (Mil.); puzanov@niir.ru

The analysis of the conditions for the provision by subjects (departments, telecom operators, other subjects of information collection and storage) of data on wired and wireless telecommunications infrastructure for their upload to state information systems (IS) and information and analytical systems (IAS) on the example of the IS “General Scheme” and IAS “Register of Communication Services”. The problematic issues of information interaction are revealed and ways to solve them are proposed.

Keywords: information system, information and analytical system, telecommunication infrastructure, state information system, information interaction, communication operator.

ANALYSIS OF THE MECHANICAL INTERFACE OF THE FLEXIBLE PAYLOAD OF ONBOARD TRANSPONDER COMPLEXES

D.A.Titov, FSBI NIIR, lead design engineer; titovda@niir.ru

In this article the analysis of the mechanical interface of multi-channel assemblies of load-bearing structures of flexible payload of onboard transponder complexes is presented. The analysis of docking cells (typical replacement elements) with the body of the load-bearing structure and the cross-board is carried out.

Keywords: basic load-bearing structure, onboard transponder complex, external influencing factors, internal mechanical interface, flexible payload, active life, typical replacement element.

PROSPECTS OF THE INTEGRATION OF SDN/NFV TECHNOLOGIES IN NEW GENERATION VSAT SYSTEMS

M.V. Lavrentyev, FSBI NIIR, senior engineer; lavrentev@niir.ru

M.A. Mitkin, FSBI NIIR, engineer; mitkinma@niir.ru

A.P. Vorontsov, FSBI NIIR, deputy of department director; vap@niir.ru

The advantages of using software-defined SDN network technologies and virtualization of NFV network functions in satellite communication systems are considered. One of the four main scenarios for the use of SDN/NFV is analyzed, which makes it possible to assess the potential and technical difficulties of using these technologies in the earth segment of satellite communication systems.

Keywords: SDN, NFV, NFVI, VSAT, NCC, NMS, SDSN, NBI, IaaS, PaaS, SatNaaS, SVNO.

COMPENSATOR FOR INTERFERENCE TO RECEPTION OF AN ANGLE MODULATION RADIO SIGNAL, CAUSED BY AN INTERFERING RADIO SIGNAL, WITH A SMALL PROTECTION RATIO

E.L. Pustovoitov, FSBI NIIR, senior staff scientist, Moscow Technical University of Communications and Informatics, associate professor, Ph.D.; pustovoitov@niir.ru

An interfering radio signal at the input of the receiver causes interference at the output of the receiver’s demodulator. It is possible to provide EMC of radio facilities with a fixed band of used radio frequencies using single-channel compensators of radiointerferences for a given type of modulation of the useful radio signal. This article contains description of the compensator of radiointerferences for the case of phase modulated (PM) signal receiver with power of interfering signal compared with the power of the useful radiosignal. This result is achieved by using the information contained in the change in the amplitude of the envelope sum of the useful PM signal and the interfering radio signal at the input of the PM signal receiver.

Keywords: radiointerference, compensator of radiointerference, useful signal, phase modulation.

THE APPEARANCE OF A MULTIPATH RADAR FOR DETECTING SMALL-SIZED AERIAL TARGETS

A.V. Nikonenko, Moscow Technical University of Communication and Informatics (MTUCI), junior researcher, Ph.D.; nikon-74@mail.ru

D.S. Chirov, MTUCI, head of the department of radio engineering systems, Dr.Sci.(Tech.); d.s.chirov@mtuci.ru

A.A. Kuchumov, MTUCI, head of the research department, Ph.D.; kuchumov@srd.mtuci.ru

The appearance of a multipath radar station for detecting low-flying small-sized aerial targets is considered. The possibility of detecting small-sized targets in a wide controlled area at a range of up to ten kilometers in a time not exceeding one second is shown.

Keywords: multipath radar, antenna pattern, detection of small targets, unmanned aerial vehicle.
