FSUE NIIR participation in the exhibition «Sviaz-Expocomm-2010»

During 11th May till 14th May, 2010 FSUE NIIR took part in 22nd International Exhibition of the telecommunication equipment, control systems, information technologies and telecommunication services «Sviaz-Expocomm-2010».

FSUE NIIR exhibited the following developments:

1. Three-dimensional interactive visualization of scientific and technical calculations and modeling.

2. Expanded universal service through integration of coin telephones with TV set-top-box “NIIR-DTV”.

3. Prototype repeater 757А for “Lutch-5А” spacecraft of international rescue system KOSPAS-SARSAT.

4. «The complex design of Russian Federation digital broadcasting» - complex designing and selection of networking solutions on the development of Russian Federation digital broadcasting.

5. Modern high-speed shot-wave radio equipment, and other interesting projects.

FSUE NIIR showcase was visited by the Deputy Minister of Telecom and Mass Communications D. Severov, the Head of Federal Communication Agency V. Bugaenko. FSUE NIIR representatives under the guidance of Director General V. Butenko demonstrated to honoured guests enterprise activities in the field of strengthening the Russian power and the solution of the major tasks promoting political and economic stability of the Russian society and improvement of quality of a life of Russians.

On 14th May, 2010 within the frameworks of «Sviaz-Expocomm-2010» at a ceremony of delivery of "Radio Mania" awards, Director General V. Butenko has been awarded by the Common all-Russian broadcaster’s professional award "Radio Mania" which is annually granted by the Media Union in close co-operation with the Ministry of Telecom and Mass Communications. The purpose of the "Radio Mania" Award - positioning radio as modern and dynamically developing branch, as national industry, and also increase of professional level of radio workers.

As a result of exhibition, FSUE NIIR has been awarded by diplomas and certificate of honour for fruitful co-operating and participation in the exhibition «Sviaz-Expocomm-2010».
