Meeting of Director General V.V. Butenko with young employees of NIIR FSUE research units

On 12 March 2009 Director General V.V. Butenko met with young employees of NIIR FSUE research units.

The meeting took place in a warm and friendly atmosphere. The Institute’s young researchers were intently listening to the speech of Mr. V.V. Butenko, in which he identified the key areas of the Institute’s development strategy. The Director General was asked many questions concerning social amenities and problems of research and technological activities of units.

At the end of the meeting a proposal was put forward concerning the establishment of a Young Specialists Council (YSC) in NIIR FSUE, which would submit its recommendations and proposals to the leadership of the Institute on all issues concerning training, work and living conditions of the young employees.

Mr. V.V. Butenko expressed hope that meetings of this sort will become a tradition and will stimulate a more active participation of the young employees in research, production and social life of the Institute.
