			On 24 April 2008 NIIR FSUE was award with a Diploma in the nomination “100 best inventions in Russia”. On 24 April 2008 at the joint session of the Research and Technology Councils of ROSPATENT and Federal State Establishment “Institute for Industrial Property” (FSE IIP) dedicated to the International Intellectual Property Rights Day, the permanent commission, headed by FSE IIP Director, decided to award NIIR FSUE a Diploma in the nomination “100 best inventions in Russia” for the development of the “Subscriber device for digital TV signal reception ensuring protection of viewers from harmful psycho and physiological effects of broadcasted TV programs” (Russian Federation patent No. 2261533).
